My new EP, 6 original JML songs, is in the can (thumbdrive actually LOL. I can carry my record around in my pocket!) It’s mixed, it’s mastered, and all the album artwork is in progress. It’s looking good, sounding great! I now have a title: Out on the Land. The title track is dedicated to my Mom!
I’m still on schedule for a June release, though it’ll be a soft release. I want to get advance copies out and get some plays and some reviews before I have a full release. If anyone out there wants to write a review please let me know. Send some samples or links of other reviews you’ve done and I’ll shoot you a prelim copy. Thanks in advance!
As well, I’m looking to book shows at this point, once the EP is out it will help with that. Festivals, small stages, house concerts, yo name it, I play it! I’m also looking to open for other acts, so if you or anyone you know needs an opening act in the Vancouver area please get in touch. Swapping gigs is a great option too, when I’m in your area I’ll pay back the favour!
